Female Education paragraph essay
The number of female in our country is as equal as male. Most of our people do not know how to read or write. Women are more backward. They are heavily neglected and ignored. From the very pre-historic period, our social system is male dominated.
So, our women have been being ruled by men forever. From the very basic form of introducing education religious misinterpretation created bar to the path of female education. It is a great disadvantage. It is not yet possible to remove that disadvantage. As a result, our women are still in darkness.
On the contrary, women in the developed countries are advancing forward. They have become successful in establishing themselves in educational, scientific, industrial, cultural, philosophical, political arenas.
The women in Britain, America, Japan, Germany, Canada are conscious of establishing their rights and privileges. The women of these countries are no longer dependent on men. The women of these countries have also become successful in leading independent and individual lives in society.
As they have become successful in exposing their talent in politics and politicization, men do not neglect them. Nepoleon said,
Give me an educated mother, I shall offer you an educated nation.
The nation cannot progress without educated mothers. Many obstacles of female education in the underdeveloped world have been created. Especially male domination of the society, religious prejudices etc. hinder female education. Women should be made free by spreading female education. They should have equal opportunities of education. More schools and colleges for girls should be set up to spread female education.
Besides, they should be encouraged to get education. Both male and female are dependent on each other. The spread of literacy and education among both male and female can ensure the progress of our country. The women should be no longer neglected. They should stay with men in the development of the state.
The Importance of Female paragraph
Education Women are the half of our total population. So female education is badly necessary to make half of our population literate for a balanced development.
But unfortunately in Bangladesh the education of female child is neglected. Parents are not inclined to provide their female children with education. Parents think it waste of time and money to educate their girls. They think that girls are intellectually inferior to male children.
They want their girls to be confined to the kitchen only and perform household chores and look after the male members. But they do not understand that if girl children are educated they can be competent to male children to perform their jobs well.
We should understand that when girls are educated, they can become a good house managers, good mothers at home and even good officers outside. An educated mother can bring up her children as educated.
Formerly, female education was not viewed as positive in our society. But the situation has changed nowadays. The concept of female education is appreciated by all in Bangladesh.
The government has given importance to educate our female folk. To spread female education government is giving subsidy to the expenditure of girls education. Education for girls upto HSC level has been made free of cost.
