Young Generation and Social Media

Young generation are closely connected to social media which includes laptops mobile phones, computers etc. Students have been greatly dependent on these things for educational purposes. These social media have been almost a part and parcel of many students.

Students are often seen in the campus checking throughout their news feeds on social networking websites. The social networking sites like twitter, skype and facebook have become a strong fashion for everyone today. Students today depend on the information which are easy to get on these social networking sites and web. As a result,, their creative learning and research capabilities are

decreasing. This reduces their communication skill. Thus they become unable to communicate and socialize so effectively in person with others. Moreover, the young generation are getting addicted to pornography. Young boys and girls are getting morally deprived due to this. They often spend long time watching obscene video. Being obsessed with these social media, they get physically and mentally weak, because they do not eat or sleep in time.

The young generation are greatly affected by these, because their body and brain being on the process of development, these things prove to be destructive to them. So, the things can lead the young generation towards destruction, if these social media are not used properly and consciously.

In brief, social media plays a major role in today's world. We can access it anytime and anywhere. It has both advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantages lead to major problems which completely dominate the benefits. The contents of social media have become addiction and can create great obstacle between students and their education. It destroys the young generation socially, morally, physically and mentally.

In fine, government should raise public awareness about social media. Parents should also be careful about it.
